Ticket Policy

The best way to purchase tickets for shows is on this website.  We do not issue paper tickets, but you will receive an email confirmation that your registration was approved.  No need to print it – simply check in at our box office when you arrive.

Our box office opens 45 minutes before the event. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis so ticket holders are encouraged to arrive and be seated at least 15 minutes before the show starts.

The box office is located inside the theater. If you do not reserve your ticket(s) in advance (online, by mail or by phone), tickets may be purchased at the door (box office) half an hour before a show that is not sold out.

Please note: Availability of tickets at the door is not guaranteed.

Ticket policy

  • Purchased tickets are nonrefundable.
  • WideSpot cannot refund tickets for scheduled performances held during inclement weather.
  • Unused tickets are considered a donation; call or email WideSpot for a tax deduction form.
